Recipe: Avanti's Sweet Bread (bread machine)

Avanti's Sweet Bread

3 cups bread flour
3/4 cup water
1 egg, beaten
1 1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 scant cup sugar
2 1/2 tsp. yeast

Process in bread machine per directions.

I usually use the dough cycle and bake the bread free form in the oven.
