Recipe: Avocado Pie

Misc.
AVOCADO PIE

3 ripe avocadoes (you can use the puree)
1/2 C lemon juice
1 can Eagle Brand sweetened milk
1 graham cracker crust
Whipped cream (optional)

In blender, mash avocadoes until smooth, add lemon juice and sweetened milk, pour into crust, refrigerate 2 hours or until set. Top with whipped cream and crushed grahams.

***I usually don't tell people what they're eating until after they eat it!!! Tastes like key-lime pie.*****
