Recipe(tried): Avocado Salad (using lime Jello and Cool Whip)

Salads - Fruit, Gelatin
AVOCADO SALAD

1 pkg Lime Jello
1 cup boiling hot water
1 cup mashed avocados
1 tsp salt
1 cup diced celery
1/2 cup chopped walnuts
2 tbsp chopped onion
2 tbsp lemon juice
1 tbsp bell pepper, chopped
1 cup Cool Whip, thawed

Dissolve Jello in hot water.

Add the mashed avocado and salt; mix well.

Add everything else but the Cool Whip and mix well.

Fold in the Cool Whip. Pour into a Jello mold or container of your choice and chill.
