Recipe: Bacon Rolls

Misc.

2 (8 1/2 oz) cans water chestnuts
2 (14oz.) pkg. bacon, cut in thirds

Sauce:
1/2 cup Mayonnaise
1/2 cup chili sauce
1 cup dark brown sugar, packed firmly

Mix sauce well until smooth. Wrap bacon around chestnuts; secure with toothpicks. Preheat oven to 350. Bake bacon without sauce for 1 hour. Pour grease from pyrex dish. Spoon sauce over bacon rolls and continue to bake for 30 to 45 minutes.,until sauce thickens around rolls.
