Recipe(tried): Baked Fish

Main Dishes - Fish, Shellfish
Debbie,

Try this. It's very easy and is great on more then fish. I've used it on all kinds of fish (perch, pickerel, cod, haddock) and sea food salad with everything you can imagine.

BAKED FISH

Blend together:
juice from one lemon
pepper flakes
chopped fresh parsley
salt to taste
olive oil (enough to emulsify till desired thickness)

The mixture should be quite thick.

Bake your fish till half done then top with 1/2 of the sauce.

After it's done add the remainder of the sauce.

Hope you like it, it's very refreshing we also use it on pasta for a change once in a while.
