Recipe: Baked Potato Spears with Parma Dip and Hearty Barbecue Dip

Baked Potato Spears

3 large baking potatoes
1/4 cup Miracle Whip Light Reduced Calorie Salad Dressing
Onion salt
Pepper
Parma Dip (recipe follows)
Hearty Barbecue Dip (recipe follows)

Cut potatoes lengthwise into wedges. Brush with salad dressing. Season with onion salt and pepper. Place on greased 15x10x1 inch jelly roll pan.

Bake at 375 degrees F. for 50 minutes or until tender and golden brown.

Prepare Parma Dip and Hearty Barbecue Dip while potatoes are cooking. Serve dips with potato spears.

Makes 4 servings.

Parma Dip

1 cup Miracle Whip Light Reduced Calorie Salad Dressing
1/4 cup ( 1 oz.) grated Parmesan Cheese
1/4 cup milk
1 Tablespoon chopped chives
Combine ingredients;mix well. Makes 1 1/4 cups.

Hearty Barbecue Dip

1/2 cup Miracle Whip Light Reduced Calorie Salad Dressing
1/4 cup Kraft Thick 'n Spicy Barbecue Sauce with Honey
2 Tablespoons chopped onion
2 Tablespoons chopped green pepper

Combine ingredients;mix well. Makes 1 cup.

Recipe tip: For a more blended flavor, prepare dips ahead of time. Cover and chill.
