BAKED VIDALIA ONIONS
2 Vidalia onions
4 Tbsp butter, softened, divided
2 Tbsp McCormicks Sundried Tomato Seasoning
2 squares of tin foil
Cut top and bottom off of onions and peel of skin. Cut an x in the bottom of the onions about 1/4-inch deep. Place 1 Tbsp softened butter on foil then place onion on top. Place 1 tablespoon butter on top and sprinkle with McCormick sun dried tomato seasoning.
Wrap foil around onions ad place in a shallow baking dish.
Bake 45 minutes. Serve hot.
