Recipe: Hot Crab Fondue

HOT CRAB FONDUE

1 (8 oz.) package cream cheese, softened
1 (5 oz.) jar sharp cheese
1 (8 1/2 oz.) can crab, drained and flaked
1/4 cup white dry wine
1/2 tsp Worcestershire sauce
1/2 tsp cayenne pepper
1/4 tsp garlic salt
toasted French bread, cut in cubes for dipping

In top of double boiler, combine cheeses until melted and smooth.

Add remaining ingredients (except bread cubes). Stir well. If too thick, add more wine.

Serve hot with bread cubes for dipping.

Make about 2 1/2 cups
