BISCUITS FOR FIFTY PEOPLE
13 1/2 cups biscuit mix
3 3/4 cups milk
In a very large bowl mix all the ingredients to make a soft dough. Turn out on a floured surface and knead 10 times.
Roll to 1/2-inch thickness and cut with a 2 1/2-inch biscuit cutter. Place the biscuits close together on ungreased baking sheets.
Bake at 450 degrees F for 8 to 10 minutes.
Makes 50 biscuits
