Recipe: Ballard Biscuits Cheese Biscuits (using refrigerated biscuit dough)

BALLARD BISCUITS CHEESE BISCUITS

1 (8 oz.) container Wispride cheese (Cheddar or wine Cheddar flavor)
1 stick (1/2 cup) butter or margarine
1 (10 oz) pkg. Ballard biscuits*

Preheat oven to 325 degrees F. Lightly grease an 8x10 or 9x11 inch oblong glass dish.

Place biscuits in prepared pan lightly touching.

Melt butter and Wisepride cheese in a saucepan over low heat. Stir to make sure it doesn't burn. Pour melted cheese mixture over biscuits to cover completely.

Bake at 325 degrees for about 15 minutes or less according to package directions or until cheese is completely melted into biscuits. Cool and serve.
