Recipe(tried): Lettuce Wedges with Quick French Dressing (1958)

Salads - Assorted
LETTUCE WEDGES WITH QUICK FRENCH DRESSING

Serves two.

For each salad, cut a wedge of head lettuce. Just before serving, top with French Dressing:

1/4 cup olive oil
1 Tbl. vinegar
1 Tbl. lemon juice
1/4 tsp. salt
pinch each dry mustard and paprika

Beat all dressing ingredients together with a rotary eggbeater or shake well ina tightly covered jar.
