Recipe: BBQ Hot Dogs (baked)

Here's what I found since I hadn't a recipe of my own - hopefully this will help you at least recreate it:

BBQ HOT DOGS

3/4 cup chopped onion
3 tablespoons butter or margarine
1 1/2 cups chopped celery
1 1/2 cups ketchup
3/4 cup water
1/3 cup lemon juice
3 tablespoons brown sugar
3 tablespoons vinegar
1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
1 tablespoon yellow mustard
2 packages Miller's Brand Colossal Beef Franks
16 hot dog buns, split (for serving)

In a saucepan over medium heat, saute onion in butter until tender.

Add celery, ketchup, 3/4 cup water, lemon juice, sugar, vinegar, Worcestershire sauce and mustard; bring to a boil. Reduce heat; cover and simmer for 30 minutes.

Cut three 1/4-inch deep slits on each side of hot dogs; place in a 2 1/2 quart baking dish. Pour the sauce over the hot dogs.

Cover and bake at 350 for 40-45 minutes or until heated through.
