Appetizers and Snacks Beef and Pineapple Cheese Ball
1 sm jar dried beef
8 oz can crushed pineapple, well drained and pressed with paper towels
16 oz. cream cheese
2 or 3 green onions, sliced thin (gets stronger as the dip sits, use onions to taste
Chop beef fine (food processor,) combine with the other ingredients. Chill, form into balls or logs, roll in toasted chopped pecans.
