Recipe(tried): Beef Quiche

Beef Quiche

1 unbaked 9 inch pie shell
1/2 lb. ground beef
1/2 c. mayonnaise
1/2 c. milk
2 eggs
1T. cornstarch
1 1/2 c. shredded cheddar
chopped onions
salt and pepper

Brown beef and drain. Blend next 4 ingredients until smooth. Stir in meat and cheese, onion and salt and pepper. Turn into pie shell and bake at 350 for 45 -
60 minutes. I usually add some kind of vegetable also, spinach, broccoli, etc... Enjoy
