Bettys' Oatmeal Bread

1 1/4 Cup water
1 tablespoon butter
1 tablespoon honey
2 1/2 cups bread flour
1/2 cup quick oats
1 teaspoon salt
1 1/2 teaspoon yeast Mom's Basic White Bread

1 pkg Yeast
3 cups flour
1 tablespoon sugar
1 teaspoon salt
2 tablespoons powdered milk
1 tablespoon butter
1 1/4 cups warm water
