Recipe: Big Silo Burgers

BIG SILO BURGER

Sesame Seed buns, lightly buttered and toasted on the grill
2 beef patties
Shredded lettuce
A slice of American cheese on each beef patty
Diced onions (diced small) in the middle
3 dill pickles
"Secret Sauce" (tarter sauce mixed with Hellman's mayonnaise and a DASH of thousand island dressing)

As far as we know, this is as close a re-creation as we could come up with. Our panel of experts were all in agreement. Our thanks to our panel, all of your input and to Rick Kersting of the Westside Schnuck's for providing all of the ingredients! YUMMY!!
