Recipe(tried): Bisquick Doughnuts

Breakfast and Brunch
Bisquick Doughnuts

This quick doughnut recipe has been a winner in my house for years.

2 cups Bisquick
1/4 cup sugar
1/3 cup milk
1 tsp. vanila
1 egg

Mix ingredients together until well blended. Turn onto lightly floured surface and knead about ten times. Roll out 3/8-inch thick and cut with floured doughnut cutter. (I guess this is where you'd use your doughnut maker.) Drop into hot fat (375) and fry until golden on both sides. Drain on absorbent paper. Good luck :-)
