Blinis with Smoked Salmon, Cr me Fraiche and Avruga Caviar

Enjoy a classic Russian treat with Frank Bordoni's quick and easy recipe for blinis served with avruga caviar

12 Blinis
4 slices of smoked salmon, each sliced into 3 strips
150ml cr me fra che
jar of Avruga caviar
finely chopped chives, to garnish

Place the blinis on a serving plate.

Top each blini with a teaspoonful of cr me fraiche.

Top each blini with a piece of smoked salmon and a dollop of avruga caviar.

Garnish with chives and serve.

Servings: 4-6
