BLUEBERRY BUNDT CAKE
1/2 cup oil
1 1/2 cups sugar
2 eggs
3 cups flour
3 tsp. baking powder
3/4 tsp. salt
3/4 cup milk
1 pint blueberries
Combine oil, sugar and eggs. Mix well. Add flour, baking powder, salt and milk.
Dust blueberries with flour and fold into batter. Place in greased Bundt pan.
Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes or until toothpick inserted comes out clean. Cool for 15 minutes; remove from pan.
