Recipe: Coconut Custard Blender Pie

COCONUT CUSTARD BLENDER PIE

2 cup milk
4 eggs
1/3 cup butter or margarine
1/2 cup flour
3/4 cup sugar
1 cup shredded coconut
1 1/2 teaspoon vanilla
1/2 teaspoon nutmeg

Combine all ingredients in blender container. Blend on high for 1 minute.

Pour into greased and floured 10-inch pie dish.

Bake at 350 degrees F for 45 minutes or until custard is set.

Makes 1 pie
