Recipe(tried): Boiled Peanuts
Appetizers and Snacks Peanuts are better if they are cooked longer. Try boiling them for several hours (~6 hours) in a very large kettle/pot until they are perfect! You'll also need (and enjoy) tasting them at least every hour to check for needed salt and doneness. You'll use at least one box of salt for a large pot!
