Recipe(tried): Boiled Potatoes instead of Baked

This is how I do "BAKED POTATOES". I BOIL THEM!!!
Why because when you bake them there is a tendency to dry out the potatoes. In boiling them there is moister left in the potatoes. Try it once & you will see what I mean. Also my friend it takes about 8 minutes less time. I also place potato in a alum. foil wrap. Then roll potato on counter with my palm of my hand just to loosen the meat of the potato from the skin then slash the foil with a sharp knife & squeeze the ends slightly Some salt &pepper & WALLA, a delightfull veggie!!!.
