Recipe(tried): Bourbon Marinated Salmon
MenusMarinate the salmon in Bourbon and any of the typical spices you use for fish. Old Bay, Emeril all season. I also use some garlic powder and Oregano. I do this for at least a day. while marinating keep the flesh down in a glass pan with the skin side up.
Bake at 350 degrees F for 10 minutes or less flesh up. Do not over cook.
I serve with brussel sprouts and broccoli and green salad.
