SPINACH STUFFED BREAD (bread machine)

1/2 cup onion
1/2 cup bell pepper
2 cloves garlic -- chopped fine
3 cups fresh spinach -- washed/stemmed
1/2 cup Romano cheese -- grated
3/4 cup feta cheese
1/4 cup pepperoni sausage -- chopped
1 teaspoon Italian Seasoning

BREAD DOUGH
1 1/2 cups warm water -- 100-110 degrees
2 tablespoons olive oil
4 cups bread flour
1/4 cup Parmesan cheese -- grated
1 teaspoon salt
2 teaspoons yeast

BREAD DOUGH
Add all ingredients to bread machine according to manufacturers directions.
Set machine on DOUGH setting.

PREPARATION
Saut onion, pepper, garlic and spinach until limp. Cool.
Roll bread dough into 20 x 15 inch rectangle.
Sprinkle Italian seasoning, cheeses, pepperoni, spinach mixture evenly over dough.
Roll jelly roll style to make 20 inch loaf.
Be sure to seal edges and ends carefully. Place seam side down on baking pan.

Let rise 45-60 minutes or until double in size.

Bake at 375 for 30 minutes. Cool on wire rack.
When partially cooled slice into 1 inch slices.

Serve warm or at room temperature.
Excellent for a buffet, picnic or as an appetizer.Becky,LA (09:24:10) :

DIPSTICKS-BREAD MACHINE

1 cup milk -- 120 DEGREES
1/2 stick butter -- melted
1/4 vegetable shortening
1 large egg -- beaten
4 cups flour
1/4 cup sugar
1 tablespoon yeast

SEED TOPPING
1 large egg -- beaten
1 tablespoon water
1/4 cup sesame seeds

Mix dough ingredients in bread machine.
Divide dough into half.
Roll each half into 18 x 9 inch rectangle.
Cut into 3 inch x 1/2 inch strips.
Arrange on baking sheets.
Cover and let rise 1 hour.
Beat water and egg. Brush on sticks and sprinkle with sesame seeds.

Bake at 350 degrees. For 15-20 minutes.Verla,.Il (09:20:54) : Sandwich Bread ( Great toasted)

3 1/4 c. bread flour
1 c. warm milk
2 1/2 T. sugar
2 tsp salt
3 T. melted butter
2 1/2 tsp fast rise yeast

Process per bread machine directions.

Strawberry Swirl Bread

2 tablespoons butter
3/4 cup skim milk
1 egg
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 package (regular size) instant vanilla pudding mix
1 package active dry yeast
2 1/2 cups flour

1 egg white
4 tablespoons Strawberry Roll-In*
3 tablespoons sugar

butter flavored cooking spray
1 tablespoon Strawberry Roll-In
1 Tablespoon sugar

Load bread machine with the first 7 ingred. Set for dough cycle. Combine the 4 tbl. Strawberry Roll-In and the 3 tbl. sugar and set aside. When the cycle is complete, remove dough to a floured surface and roll to a 15x8" rectangle. Brush with egg white and sprinkle with the Strawberry Roll-In mixture, leaving a 1/2" border along the edges. Fold the long sides over about 1"; then roll the dough into a log, starting with the short end. Pinch seams to seal. Place in a lightly greased 8-1/2 x 4-1/2" loaf pan. Cover and let rise about 1 hour or until doubled. Bake in a 375 degree oven for 35-40 min. Remove from pan and place on a wire rack to cool. While hot, spray with cooking spray and sprinkle with the 1 tbl. Roll-In combined with 1 tbl. sugar.

Custard Swirl Bread
2 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
1 pkg yeast
1/2 pkg egg custard mix, about 1/4 cup
1/2 cup milk
1/4 cup water
1 egg
2 tbl butter or margarine
1/4 cup sugar
2 tbl cinnamon
1 tbl butter or margarine -- softened
2 1/4 tsp sugar
1 1/2 tsp cinnamon

In bread machine pan, measure flour, yeast, custard mix, salt, milk, water, butter, and egg. Put on "dough" cycle. Combine 1/4 cup sugar and 2 tbl cinnamon and set aside. Remove dough at the beep. Roll out on lightly floured board, to a 14x7 rectangle. Spread with 1 tbl softened butter and sprinkle the cinnamon/sugar mixture evenly over dough. Starting at short end, roll up tightly, pressing dough into roll with each turn. Pinch ends to seal. Place in greased 9x5" bread pan. Cover and let rise in warm place until double, about 1 hour. Bake at 375 for 35-40 min. Brush top with melted butter, and sprinkle with 21/4 tsp and 11/2 tsp cinnamon mixture. Remove from pan and cool.Terrytx (04:55:42) :

Cinnamon Oatmeal Raisin Bread

milk 10 ounces (1 1/4 cups)
3 cups bread flour
3/4 cup oats, quick or old fashioned
2 tablespoons brown sugar
1 1/2 teaspoons salt
1 1/2 teaspoons ground cinnamon
2 tablespoons, butter or margarine cut into 4 pieces
2 1/4 teaspoons active dry yeast or 1 1/2 teaspoons fast rise yeast
1/2 cup raisins

Bread Setting: Sweet
1. Add milk to bread pan.

2. Add bread flour, oats, brown sugar, salt and cinnamon to pan. Tap pan to settle dry ingredients, then level dry ingredients, pushing some of the flour mixture into the corners. Place a piece of butter into each corner of the pan on top of the dry ingredients.

3. Make a slight well in the center of dry ingredients and add the
yeast.

4. Put bread pan into machine and program machine, add raisins at the add fruit beep.

Note. In the Zo I used the basic setting and light crust.
I also substitute Quaker Oats Brand Multi-Grain Cereal for the oat meal
most of the time.

Absolutely Apricot Bread

1 lb loaf - ingredients - 1 1/2 lb loaf
2 t. - yeast - 3 t.
1 T. - dry milk - 2 T.
2 c. - bread flour - 3 c.
1 t. - salt - 1 1/2 t.
1 T. - butter - 2 T.
3 T. - apricot jam - 1/4 c.
1/2 c. - dried apricots, chopped - 3/4 c.
3/4 c. - water - 1 1/4 c.

Use light crust setting. Delayed timer mode okay. From Electric Bread.
**I added 3 T. sugar to my 1 1/2 lb loaf when I was dumping in the ingredients. My kids like a sweeter bread for their breakfast.kellywa (11:49:04) : PEACHES 'N CREAM BREAD

1 package Yeast
2 1/2 cups Bread flour
1/2 cup Wheat flour
1 tablespoon Gluten
1/4 cup Brown sugar, packed
1 teaspoon Salt
1/4 teaspoon Cinnamon
1/4 teaspoon Nutmeg
1/8 teaspoon Baking soda
1/3 cup Chopped dried peaches
1 cup Sliced, canned peaches in Lite syrup (drained)
1/3 cup Sour cream
1 teaspoon Vanilla
1 tablespoon Margarine
1/3 cup Peach juice warmed

Use ingredients at room temperature. Add all ingredients into the pan in the order listed. Select sweet bread and push Start.

NOTE:
Be sure to use peaches canned in light syrup.
If dough is too dry, add another TBS of peach juice after
