Recipe: Breakfast Pizza (using crescent roll dough, hash browns and sausage)

BREAKFAST PIZZA

1 (8 count) pkg. crescent rolls
1 lb. bulk pork sausage, cooked and drained
1 cup frozen loose packed hash browns, thawed
1 cup (4 oz.) Cheddar cheese, shredded
4 to 5 eggs
1/8 tsp. ground black pepper
2 tbsp. Parmesan cheese, grated

Separate crescent rolls and place in ungreased 12-inch pizza pan. Spread sausage over the dough, add the potatoes on top of the sausage and spread the Cheddar cheese over the potatoes.

Beat eggs, milk and pepper together. Pour over filling in crust. Sprinkle Parmesan cheese over all.

Bake at 375 degrees F for 25 to 30 minutes.
