Recipe(tried): Brie with Dried Cranberries and Caramelized Onions

Appetizers and Snacks
Simple appetizer:

Wheel of brie
Well-carmelized sliced onions and
Dried cranberries sprinkled on top

Baked in oven, serve w/ triscuits or other crackers...A nice twist on an old favorite

I'm sure I have one or two other recipes somewhere.......
