Recipe(tried): Oatmeal crasin white cho. chip cookies

Julie, Here is a recipe using dried cranberries.
Oatmeal crasin white choc. chunk cookies
2/3 cup butter
2/3 cup sugar
2 eggs
1-1/2 cups rolled oats
1-1/2 cups flour
1 tsp. baking soda
1/2 tsp salt
1 - 6oz. package craisins ( dried cranberries )
2/3 cup white choc. chunks ( I use white choc. chips )
Cream together butter and sugar untill light and fluffly, add eggs mixing well. combine oats, flour, salt and baking soda. add gradually to butter mixture mixing well, stir in dried cranberries and white choc chunks. drop by spoon on to cookie sheet and bake for 10 - 12 minutes at 350 degrees. enjoy, this one I uaually make for christmas.
