Breakfast and BrunchBROCCOLI BRUNCH CASSEROLE
1 pound pork sausage
6 ounces ham, diced
10 ounces frozen broccoli, cooked and drained
8 ounces Monterey jack cheese, shredded
8 ounces cheddar cheese, shredded
3/4 cup parmesan cheese, 3 ounces
8 ounces cream cheese, softened
1/2 cup heavy cream
12 eggs
1/2 teaspoon onion powder
1/2 teaspoon Spicy Seasoning Salt
Pepper, to taste
Brown sausage; drain fat. Place in a greased 9x13" baking pan. Add ham, cheeses and chopped broccoli; toss lightly to combine. Beat cream cheese briefly until creamy; gradually beat in cream. Whisk in eggs and seasonings; pour over everything in pan. Bake at 350 45-50 minutes or until a knife inserted in center comes out clean. Let stand 10 minutes before serving.

12 slices whole wheat bread (about 16-oz. loaf), cubed, divided
1/2 cup chopped red pepper, divided
3 cups KRAFT 2% Milk Reduced Fat Sharp Cheddar Cheese, divided
1 1/2 cups small fresh broccoli florets
2 cups cholesterol-free egg product
3 cups fat free milk
1 tsp. dried thyme leaves
PREHEAT oven to 350 F. Layer half each of the bread, red pepper and cheese in 13x9-inch baking dish sprayed with cooking spray; top with all of the broccoli. Repeat layers of bread, red pepper and cheese.
BEAT egg product and milk with wire whisk until well blended. Pour evenly over ingredients in baking dish.
BAKE 50 min. to 1 hour or until center is set. Let stand 5 to 10 min. before cutting to serve.
