Recipe(tried): Broccoli Salad

Side Dishes - Vegetables

Hi Jade,
I recently made this salad for my boys' college graduation party. It can
easily be doubled, tripled or quadrupled. I also buy just the broccoli
florets at a local warehouse type store, where items are purchased in bulk.
Hope this helps!!!

Broccoli Salad
1 head broccoli,florets only
red onions,chopped,optional
bacon bits,optional
raisins,optional
walnuts or peanuts,optional
Dressing:
1/2 cup mayonnaise...low and fat-free work fine
2 Tbsp. sugar
1 Tbsp vinegar

Mix dressing and pour over broccoli, and any two of the optional ingredients
to suit your taste and to the amount of broccoli used. Best when refrigerated
overnight.
