Recipe: Broccoli with Mustard Dressing

Broccoli with Mustard Dressing

6 cups broccoli, cut into florets
1 tablespoon olive oil
1 tablespoon lemon juice
1 tablespoon balsamic vinegar
1 tablespoon Dijon mustard

Cut broccoli into florets, peel stem, cut into diagonal pieces. Steam for 6-7 minutes until just tender crisp. Meanwhile, in serving dish, whisk remaining ingredients for dressing. When broccoli is cooked, drain and toss into dressing. Author: unknown
