Recipe(tried): Spinach Bake

Spinach Bake

2 (10 oz) pkgs. frozen chopped spinach, thawed & drained
2 eggs, beaten
1 can Cream of Mushroom Soup
1 med. onion, chopped
1 cup shredded sharp Cheddar cheese
2/3 cup Miracle Whip (like mayonnaise)
1/2 cup bread crumbs
2 Tbsp. melted margarine

Heat oven to 350 degrees. Mix spinach, eggs, soup, onion, cheese, and Miracle Whip. Pour mixture into ungreased 8-inch baking dish and top with combined bread crumbs and margarine. Bake 45-55 minutes. Serves 6
