Honey-Glazed Carrots

This was saved from a 1991 issue of Southern Living.

4 1/2 cups sliced carrots
1 Tbsp. margarine
1 1/2 Tbsp. honey
1 Tbsp. lemon juice

Arrange carrots in a vegetable steamer. Cover and steam for 4-8 minutes. Remove from steamer. Melt margarine in a large skillet; add honey and lemon juice, stirring until smooth. Add carrots and toss to coat. Serves 4.
