Recipe(tried): Broiled Chopped Steak - I have information for you
Main Dishes - Beef and Other MeatsRALPH:
Good afternoon. Ralph my friend, you are not going to believe this. All I do is buy 85% lean chopped beef. Plenty of good natural flavor there. Then
weigh out the amount you are planning, I make 8, oz patties for myself. I shape them into the shape of a horse race track like. Approx 1/2 inch or slightly thicker. You do not need to apply chopped onion, nor salt, seasoning salt, garlic salt, or pepper, NOTHING. Apply some condiments at the time of cooking it. I just season one side only. I also enjoy using some mushroom sauce with extra mushroom & chopped onions on top after cooking.
Good luck Ralph, & have a nice day my friend.
