Recipe(tried): Broiled Scrod with Mustard Butter - Thank You: Jeanne/FL

Main Dishes - Fish, Shellfish
Hi Jeanne - back on Feb. 21st, you answered my request for some healthy recipes and you posted the Broiled Scrod with Mustard Butter recipe.

This afternoon I was going thru my recipes looking for another way to do some of those cod loins and ran across that recipe.

Just had to thank you and tell you how delicious that was - that mustardy/lemon sauce was SO good. It took me all of 10 minutes to prep, another 5 to cook and we were ready to eat. DH loved it, too.

Like you, I halved the amount of butter but kept the rest of the ingredients the same (except I cheated and added about 1/2 tsp of dill weed to the rest of the ingredients.)

Glorious weather today, right?? I hope we say goodbye to the "stickies" until next April.

Love, June
