so many new recipes and don't always remember the ones we especially liked. We went to Costco recently and I picked up some cod there. Love the way it was packed-2 pound sack with each piece sealed in cryovac, but didn't care for the texture as much as the ones we get at Sam's. The taste was great, though. Really love the Orca Bay Scallops that come in a 1 1/2 pound package at Sam's.

Love the weather and am keeping my fingers crossed that the re-screeners will come this week and rescreen the lanai and change out the gutter for the super gutter this week.
