Recipe: Buckwheat-Bread recipe (bread machine)

Buckwheat Bread (bread machine)
1 1/2-lb. loaf (1-lb. loaf measurements in parenthesis)
1/4 cup instant potato flakes (3 Tbsp.)
5/8 cup skim milk (1/2 cup)
5/8 cup water (3/8 cup)
2 cups bread flour (1 1/2 cup)
1 cup whole wheat flour (1/2 cup)
1/3 cup buckwheat flour (1/4 cup)
1 1/2 tsp. salt (1 tsp.)
1 1/2 Tbsp. applesauce (1 Tbsp.)
2 Tbsp. dark corn syrup (1 Tbsp.)
2 tsp. dry yeast (2 tsp.)
Place all ingredients in the bread pan. Select Light Crust setting, and press Start. After the baking cycle ends, remove bread from pan, place on cake rack, and allow to cool 1 hour before slicing.
