Recipe: Luncheon Shrimp Rolls (broiled sandwiches, freeze ahead)

Sandwiches
LUNCHEON SHRIMP ROLLS

1 (4 1/2 oz.) can shrimp, drained and chopped
1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened
1/3 cup Hellmann's mayonnaise
1/3 cup grated Cheddar cheese
1 tsp. Dijon style mustard
1/4 tsp. Tabasco sauce
1/4 tsp. garlic salt
Ground black pepper to taste
3 large deli type rolls, split in half
Paprika (for garnish)

Mix shrimp, cream cheese, mayonnaise, cheese, mustard, Tabasco, garlic salt and pepper together.

Spread on split rolls. Be sure mixture completely covers each half roll. Sprinkle with paprika.

Broil until brown and bubbly.

TO FREEZE AHEAD:
May be fully prepared and frozen. Bring to room temperature before broiling.

Makes 6 servings
