The only recipes available on the internet from Maddie's Place are the dessert recipes. I have included them below.
BREAD PUDDING (quantity recipe)
From: Gigi Gabriel, Maddie's Place & Gigi's

7 cups milk
9 eggs, whisked lightly
3 cups cream
3 cups sugar
2 1/4 cups brown sugar
1/4 cup molasses
Lemon zest from 3 lemons
2 tablespoons ground cinnamon
2 tablespoons vanilla
1 1/2 tsp salt
1 1/2 loaf white bread, cubed
2 loaves French bread, cubed
Preheat oven to 375 degrees F. Place ramekins (may be buttered) in a baking pan (does not give the number).
Mix everything but the bread in a bowl; mix, making sure sugar dissolves. Add bread, hand mix and place in ramekins. Fill pan 1/2 up the sides of the ramekins.
Cover pan with foil. Poke holes in foil, bake 1 hour, then take off foil and bake another 20 minutes. They are done when the pudding spring backs when touched, and no liquid is seen.
CREME BRULEE

1 quart cream
2 tablespoons vanilla
1 cup sugar
6 egg yolks
Flavorings (as desired)
Pour the cream and vanilla into a pot. Heat until scalding. Be sure not to let it boil.
Place the yolks in a bowl. Whisk the yolks, then add sugar and whisk together. Temper the egg yolk mixture by ladling the cream into it, while whisking. Pour the rest of the cream into the bowl. At this point add any other flavoring into the liquid (chocolate, ganache, etc.) Ladle into ramekins and place in pan with water.
Cover pan with foil. Poke holes in the foil. Place in oven for 45 minute at 300 degrees F. Bake until they no longer jiggle. Refrigerate and enjoy!
LEMON PIE

3 cups sweetened condensed milk
1/2 cup sour cream
3/4 cup lemon juice
1 tablespoon grated lemon zest
1 (9 inch) prepared graham cracker crust
FOR GARNISH, OPTIONAL:
Lemon slices
Whipped cream
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
In a bowl, combine condensed milk, sour cream, lemon juice, and lemon zest. Mix well and pour into graham cracker crust.
Bake in preheated oven for 5 to 8 minutes, until tiny pinhole bubbles burst on the surface of pie. Pie should not jiggle when set. Chill pie thoroughly before serving.
Garnish with lemon slices and whipped cream, if desired
STRAWBERRY PIE

1 to 2 quart strawberries
1 (9 inch) pie crust
3/4 cup water
3 tablespoon cornstarch
1 cup sugar
Cut 3/4 of the strawberries into quarters or coarsely chop and place in a saucepan. Leave remaining 1/4 strawberries whole or cut in half if large and place on bottom of piecrust; set aside.
Mix 3/4 cup water and cornstarch together in bowl; add to the strawberries in the pot. Stir in the sugar. Boil, then reduce heat and simmer 10 minutes until thick.
Pour the cooked mixture over strawberries in pie crust. Chill until set.
