Desserts - Assorted
The only recipes available on the internet from Maddie's Place are the dessert recipes. I have included them below.

BREAD PUDDING (quantity recipe)
From: Gigi Gabriel, Maddie's Place & Gigi's
Source: KATV, Arkansas,

7 cups milk
9 eggs, whisked lightly
3 cups cream
3 cups sugar
2 1/4 cups brown sugar
1/4 cup molasses
Lemon zest from 3 lemons
2 tablespoons ground cinnamon
2 tablespoons vanilla
1 1/2 tsp salt
1 1/2 loaf white bread, cubed
2 loaves French bread, cubed

Preheat oven to 375 degrees F. Place ramekins (may be buttered) in a baking pan (does not give the number).

Mix everything but the bread in a bowl; mix, making sure sugar dissolves. Add bread, hand mix and place in ramekins. Fill pan 1/2 up the sides of the ramekins.

Cover pan with foil. Poke holes in foil, bake 1 hour, then take off foil and bake another 20 minutes. They are done when the pudding spring backs when touched, and no liquid is seen.

CREME BRULEE
From: Gigi Gabriel, Gigi & Maddie's Place
Source: KATV, Arkansas

1 quart cream
2 tablespoons vanilla
1 cup sugar
6 egg yolks
Flavorings (as desired)

Pour the cream and vanilla into a pot. Heat until scalding. Be sure not to let it boil.

Place the yolks in a bowl. Whisk the yolks, then add sugar and whisk together. Temper the egg yolk mixture by ladling the cream into it, while whisking. Pour the rest of the cream into the bowl. At this point add any other flavoring into the liquid (chocolate, ganache, etc.) Ladle into ramekins and place in pan with water.

Cover pan with foil. Poke holes in the foil. Place in oven for 45 minute at 300 degrees F. Bake until they no longer jiggle. Refrigerate and enjoy!
