Recipe: Buttermilk Refresher

Refresher
Makes 3 (12-ounce) servings

2 cups buttermilk
1 cup cut-up strawberries
3/4 cup frozen orange juice concentrate (do not thaw)
6 ice cubes
2 tablespoons honey
1 teaspoon vanilla

Place all ingredients in a blender container; cover and blend until frothy. If desired, garnish with additional strawberries.
