Recipe: Cake batter taste-alike

Desserts - Puddings, Gelatin
I crave cake batter like some people crave cookie dough. I have found a way to get the same flavor and consistency for a lot less fat & calories, not to mention without having to worry about Salmonella poisoning from the eggs. I take a whole box of vanilla, french vanilla, white chocolate, or cheescake flavored jello pudding (in the mini boxes) and add only 1/2 cup-1 cupful of 2% milk. Start adding a little bit at at time and beat well with a wire whisk. The result is a rich, thick mixture that has that unique cake batter taste. I know it sounds strange, but try it, and you'll be amazed, I promise! The cheescake one gives it almost a christmas cookie flavor to it. I have also tried the fat free and sugar free jello pudding varieties, which work well also. Good luck!
