Recipe: Calo's O'Kelly Salsa (clone)

Toppings - Salsas
CARLO'S O'KELLEY SALSA (clone)

1 (#10) can (108 oz) stewed tomatoes, drained well
1 large white onion, chopped
1 cup fresh cilantro, chopped
1 fresh jalapeno pepper, chopped (use seeds for hot)
1 teaspoon salt (to taste)
pepper to taste

Place all ingredients together in a mixing bowl.

Using a mixer with a blade, puree to desired consistency.

Cover and chill for a few hours for best flavor.
