Recipe: Homemade Corn Salsa (using jalapeno and canned chiles)

Toppings - Salsas
HOMEMADE CORN SALSA

1 (16 oz) can whole kernel corn, drained
1 (4 oz) can green chilies, drained
1 jalapeno chile; seeded and finely chopped
1/4 cup chopped green bell pepper
1/4 cup sliced green onions with tops
2 tbsp white wine vinegar
1 tbsp vegetable oil
1/4 tsp salt

Mix all ingredients together. Cover and refrigerate until chilled, about 1 hour.

Makes about 2 1/3 cups
