CAMPBELL'S CHICKEN SCAMPI
2 tbsp butter
4 boneless chicken breast halves
1 (10 34 oz) can Campbell's Condensed Cream of Chicken Soup (regular or 98% fat-free)
1/4 cup water
2 tsp lemon juice
2 cloves garlic, minced (or 1/4 tsp garlic powder)
4 cups hot cooked capellini (angel hair pasta) or thin spaghetti (or hot cooked rice)
Heat butter in skillet. Add chicken and cook until browned.
Add soup, water, lemon juice and garlic. Heat to a boil. Cover and cook over low heat 5 minutes or until done.
Serve with pasta (great with rice also).
Makes 4 servings
