Recipe(tried): Can flour be frozen?

Misc.

I have often frozen flour. When it is on sale (especially during the holidays) I buy extra quantities and freeze it for up to 6 months. I haven't had any problems with my baking results since I have been doing this. Hope this information helps. Rita
