Yes Jon, I have had them often! They are really nice with a cup of hot apple cider on a cold day!
The best recipe that I have found was posted on this board on Feb. 16/02. It was posted by AM Canada as Recipe(tried): Canadian Beaver Tails with Cinnamon Sugar. I love a light sprinkle of Lemon Juice on them. They are called "Sunrise" that way if I remember the name correctly. I just say what I want on them or make them myself. Yummy! Hope this helps!
