Recipe: Canning Pickles - Acid level must be ph of 4.6

Preserving - Pickles, Relishes
Here is a webpage that has the info on the ph level of water bathed pickles. It calls for a ph of 4.6 and some of their recipes have more water than vinegar. There is also a fresh pack dill pickle recipe there. Since this is a state extension office I'm sure they know the facts.
