Can't Go Wrong Cream of Mushroom Gravy

1 can (1lb. 10oz) cream of mushroom
1 1/2 cup turkey drippings or chicken broth
1/4 to 1/2 tsp black pepper
1/4 to 1/2 tsp garlic powder
1/4 to 1/2 tsp onion powder to taste
1/4 to 1/2 tsp cumin (optional)

Combine all ingredients. Cook over low to medium heat using a whisk until smooth. Add more turkey drippings or seasonings depending on consitancy and taste desired. If you like a thicker consistency, cook on low heat until it evaporates to desired thickness. When it cools it will become thicker. You can never go wrong and guarantee no lumps.
serving size 1/3 cup = 10 to 12 servings
