3 cups bread flour
1/4 cup nonfat dry milk
1 tbsp butter, softened
1 tsp salt
2 tbsp sugar
1 1/4 cups warm water
1 1/2 cups grated sharp cheddar cheese (at room temperature)
1/3 cup parmesan cheese
1 tsp coarsely ground black pepper

In the order listed, put ingredients in pan, select white bread, and push start.
