Daddy's Dark Pumpernickel Bread

This will make a 1 lb. loaf
1 1/4 cups bread flour
2 tsp brown sugar
3/4 cup rye flour
2/3 tsp instant coffee granules
1/2 cup whole wheat flour
2 tsp caraway seeds (optional)
1 tbsp dry milk
1 1/2 tbsp cocoa powder
1 tsp salt
2 tbsp molasses, dark
1 tbsp butter
7 1/2 oz water
3 tbsp cornmeal
1 tsp yeast
Add ingredients to your bread machine in recommended order. If using Fleischmann’s yeast, increase amount.
