Recipe(tried): Cheese and Potato Pierogi (with farmers cheese) for Jean

CHEESE AND POTATO PIEROGI

6 cups flour
2 Tablespoons salt
1 cup milk
3/4 cup softened butter
2 eggs
1 medium onion, minced
1 stick of butter

Ingredients for filling:
3 mashed potatoes
1 pound farmer's cheese

Mix flour, salt, softened butter, milk and eggs in a large
mixing bowl. In a medium bowl combine the farmer's cheese
and mashed potatoes.

Roll dough onto a floured surface. Cut circles from dough
with a large cup. Fill with potato and cheese mixture
Pinch edges well to seal.

Place pierogies in boiling water and cook for 3 - 5 minutes. Drain pierogies and simmer in butter and onion until they begin to brown slightly.
